Throughout my career, I have made meaningful contributions to leading companies such as Monsanto/Bayer (Crop Protection and Seeds), BASF (Crop Protection and Seeds), Nidera (Seeds), Syngenta (Crop Protection and Seeds), Provivi (Biologicals/Semiochemicals), and Nutrien (Retail and Industry – Fertilizers, Specialties, Crop Protection, Seeds, and Biological Products), where I applied a customer-centric approach to drive growth and innovation.
